2019 — 2021During my time at The Collective, I led major design and UX projects while also managing the daily creation of social and marketing content.

Collective Member App
I led the design and creative of The Collective app utilising an agile process with user research, UX and UI design to create an app now is now used by 87% of members on a daily basis. 





Website Redesign

We overhauled The Collectives website focusing on an effective sign up and booking flow and saw bookings increase by 4% with the new design and UX. 


Global Brand Campaign 

We developed our launched our first global brand campaign to celebrate the best of living at The Collective. Empowering, positive headlines talk to The Collective’s purpose - to create the best possible co-living environment, that enables people to lead more fulfilling lives, together.




Events
In 2020 we launched the Reconnect event. A virtual event to connect our members around the world.
