In the wake of the 2020 pandemic and transforming working practices we set out to launch a viral campaign to get people talking about the 4 day week. 

Our insight was that people knew about the benefits of the 4 day week but were worried that they might be seen as lazy talking about it.

Our poster campaign Go Tell Your Boss became a rallying cry for Londoners to talk more about the 4 day week. Armed with the right data they can demonstrate that it’s better for productivity, mental health and society.  

Since the launch of the campaign we’ve seen the SNP overwhelmingly back a trail of the 4 day week and the Spanish government begin testing a 4 day week nationwide.
